SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Processing Times

    •    Same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 18:00 (Monday–Friday).

    •    Orders placed after 18:00 are shipped the next working day.

    •    Weekend orders are processed on the next working day.

Pre-Orders
• Exclusive pre-order items require additional processing time.
• Please allow 3–4 weeks for dispatch on all pre-order products.
• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will be shipped once all items are ready.

Address accuracy & Handling fees

Customers are responsible for ensuing all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is placed with an incomplete address, this may result in delays or failed delivery.

IN THESE CASES

  • If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will contact you to confirm the correct details.
  • If the order has already been shipped and is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address a £5 handling fee & redelivery cost will be required before the order is resent.
  • We are not responsible for orders lost & delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.


High Demand & Seasonal Periods


Some items are produced in limited batches or restocked frequently.

During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 2 weeks. This includes:

    •    Black Friday week (high demand + mass orders)

    •    Seasonal restocks

    •    Holiday periods


Christmas Delivery


To guarantee Christmas arrival, all Christmas orders will be shipped by the 17th.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

If your item does not fit or you are not satisfied, you may return it in its original condition for an exchange or store credit.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, you are responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us.

Once received, we charge a £5 exchange shipping fee to send the replacement item back to you. This covers standard UK delivery.

This fee applies to exchanges requested due to sizing or preference. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs.

Please note: exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, especially during busy periods.

CONDITIONS

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refund Policy

Refunds


We do not offer cash refunds.

Instead, customers will receive a store credit voucher equal to the value of the returned item.

    •    Voucher can be used on any future order.

    •    Vouchers do not expire.

    •    Voucher is issued once the return has been approved and processed.
