Processing Times

    •    Same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 14:30 (Monday–Friday).

    •    Orders placed after 14:30 are shipped the next working day.

    •    Weekend orders are processed on the next working day.

High Demand & Seasonal Periods

Some items are produced in limited batches or restocked frequently.

During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 2 weeks. This includes:

    •    Black Friday week (high demand + mass orders)

    •    Seasonal restocks

    •    Holiday periods

Christmas Delivery

To guarantee Christmas arrival, all Christmas orders will be shipped by the 17th.

Returns;

If your item does not fit or you are not satisfied, you may return it in original condition for an exchange or store credit.

Exchanges;

Exchanges for a different size or item are allowed.

During high-demand periods (especially Black Friday), exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process.

Conditions

    •    Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

    •    Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds.

Instead, customers will receive a store credit voucher equal to the value of the returned item.

    •    Voucher can be used on any future order.

    •    Vouchers do not expire.

    •    Voucher is issued once the return has been approved and processed.
